Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders by the Customer through IQ Office Products for the purchase of all office products, office furniture, technology needs, janitorial supplies, break room supplies, and any other items that are currently for sale. By accepting the delivery of the goods, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.

1. Delivery
All items that we sell, with the exception to furniture, technology, and special orders, IQ Office Products will deliver all supplies to the customer within one (1) business day, and within two (2) days for all other orders. If an order is received by IQ after 5p.m. local time (based on the ship-to address) it will be considered received the following day. The delivery time for furniture will be based on an order to order basis as customer service will work directly with each customer for those needs. At certain times, some technology products will not be available for next day delivery and are typically delivered in one (1) to three (3) business days. For all orders over $50.00, IQ Office Products will provide free next day ground shipping. All orders under $50.00 are subject to a $7.95 delivery charge.

2. Returns
Except for special orders and non-catalog or special items, IQ Office Products will accept returns of supplies if in resalable condition and if made within 30 days of original shipment. For furniture returns, items must be returned in their original packaging in good resalable condition. For returns of special orders and non-catalog items, IQ Office Products shall accept returns on a case by case basis. Please contact customer service at (866) 628-0150, or at customerservice@iqofficeproducts.com. Please include PO or Order number when making a request for a return. The amount of the return will be credited to the account unless specifically specified by the customer.

3. Payment Options
At IQ Office Products we strive to offer our customers many convenient options for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for the customers' convenience. We have the ability to keep credit card information on file securely within your account for future purchases. We do offer an open billing terms on a per account basis, however, we reserve the right to request a credit card to be on file and may request to run a credit check with Dun & Bradstreet.

4. Taxes
Customer shall be responsible for any state or local tax that results for the transfer of title or sale or delivery of the product purchased hereunder unless a valid and correct tax exemption certificate is provided to IQ Office Products prior to delivery.

5. Credit Limits
Credit limits are set in place by IQ Office Products and can be raised upon good history with the company.

6. Not for Resale
Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal use only and not for resale.
